ABOUT STORIES PROJECT:
We realised that there are many stories of poor mental health services in the UK. We are therefore asking people to record their stories. We will collect them together in order to give vital feedback to the NHS and regulatory bodies. All stories will be kept confidential by project leaders. We have an end-goal of sending these stories to Healthwatch and local CCGs, but we will contact you via your email address towards the end of the project to gain your permission for us to do this, if you are willing.
